Touring Ireland: Dangerous Agency Warning

Report received today from two ladies that recently toured with www.escortireland.info advising other ladies not to tour with this operation for their own safety. Apparently the www.escortireland.info operation is run by men and operates all over the Republic of Ireland, but a woman called Karmen / Katyia using the number 087 9567*** has generally been dealing with the ladies before they get to Ireland to date. The report states that the two escorts, who are friends, responded to an advert from this agency and arranged to go over to tour with them on 15/11/05. The girls were met at the airport by a driver and then taken to two separate apartments (one in Naas and the other in Waterford). No information was given to them regards the clients and the service they required, they were just informed a client was at the door whenever one was. Twice a day two heavies would come and collect their money off them, and the agency was taking a higher percentage than was left the girls. On Wednesday evening the police raided one of the flats and the girl there was taken in for questioning. This girl then rang the other girl and the other girl then made moves to leave early and meet her friend at Dublin airport. The heavies got wind of this and arrived and took all her money off her and her mobile phone and warned her not to talk to the police or she would be sorry (at knifepoint). She left as soon as she could and managed to make the 3 hour trip back to Dublin to get a flight home (she had just enough money hidden to do this). When girl number one got to the airport the heavies were waiting for her there, but she was sensible enough to alert the police at the airport and they disappeared. This experience has left these two girls in no doubt that they were very lucky to get home alive and apparently the police stated this to them also. They genuinely fear for the safety of other girls who may tour with this agency and this is their reason for putting this information into the public domain. I don’t publish reports including the URL of the website complained about if it is possible to give the warning without doing so, but I have in this case because it is the only clear way to identify the operation, plus this is a very serious matter and I have no reason to think this report is being made in any way vexatiously. Of course I would advise keeping an open mind as always though. There are agencies in Ireland that treat their ladies well, but, as this report highlights, there are also those that treat their ladies very badly, If you are planning to tour Ireland with an agency, make proper checks on the agency before you do anything else. Good Irish escort agencies that invite touring ladies should have lots of escorts that have toured with them previously willing to recommend them. Update 21/11/05: A friend of the two ladies that recently toured Ireland with www.escortireland.info, Penny, who has been vocal online about the treatment of her two friends at the hands of www.escortireland.info, wrote to me today to say she has just been threatened over the phone by an Irishman who feels no blame rests with www.escortireland.info here as that website is just an advertising forum for escorts. The www.escortireland.info website does have an 'Employment' page inviting escorts to contact them though, plus the 'Advertising' phone number listed on the site is the same one the two touring ladies here had as a contact number for their agent, so I don't think www.escortireland.info can act like it is blameless here. I also note one of the Sunday rags picked up on this story over the weekend. They copied some text Penny had written nearly word for word and then added in an implication that the owners of www.escortireland.info are two persons (that they named but I won't here) that are nothing whatsoever to do with www.escortireland.info and never have been. This story isn't about slandering anyone who owns any escort websites, as I have seen it suggested elsewhere, it is a true story from two girls who did tour Ireland and have this experience. It is a shame lazy tabloid journalists always seem to feel the need to colour true stories that come there way by adding lies to them that they think make them more juicy I presume.

Violent Waterford Agency Owner

Sexy Sirens of Waterford, a new escort agency which has only been operating in Waterford for about a month now, have contacted me today to report that yesterday afternoon, 3rd August 2005, a man using the name ‘James’ entered their premises under the guise of being a client, evicted the girl that was working, took her money, the keys to the apartment, and her phone and left her on the street. Following this, James used the girl’s phone to ring the agency management and make threats. He said that he worked for another agency in Waterford and that they were getting rid of all other agencies in the area. When asked who he worked for he claimed he worked for a woman, but he then slipped up by repeatedly describing his boss as a ‘he’. James has told Sexy Sirens that if they open up in Waterford again he will petrol bomb them out of it. Sexy Sirens have a pretty good idea of whom they are dealing with here, an individual whose reputation precedes him regards his treatment of girls. They have also heard another agency in Waterford is being continuously threatened by this person. Sexy Sirens are a female operated escort service and they don't intend on being driven out of Ireland by a pimp. I hope everyone will offer them their support in this matter in anyway possible.

Evening Herald Scam

I have recently been contacted by a lady who saw an escort agency advertisement in Dublin's Evening Herald newspaper. The lady responded to the advertisement and was told the escort work on offer involved escorting gentlemen for companionship only – no sex. She was told the pay is 450 Euro for the first 4 hours and then an additional 150 Euro for every hour after that. This advertisement is already sounding very suspect to me, as I’m sure it is to any woman who knows the escort business. For those that do not know the escort business, please understand: Escorts are expected to have sex with their clients. For legal and other reasons, many agencies and escorts are keen to stress that escorts, unlike prostitutes, are paid for their time and companionship only, “anything else that occurs is a matter of choice and coincidence between consenting adults” etc, but don’t read into that, that escorts are not expected to have sex with their clients, as they are. I cannot stress this strongly enough. Going back to the lady who responded to the Evening Herald advertisement, she went on to tell me, the agency charges a joining fee – 290 Euro - only payable by debit or visa card. The lady went on to ask me “Do you think I’m being utterly foolish to believe what they say?” I’m afraid the answer to that question is yes. Well, not yes in that I mean to call anyone who might be taken in by this agency advertisement an utter fool, but yes I do think this is a scam. Escort agencies do not charge joining fees. The only escort agencies I know of charging joining fees are the UK scam escort agencies that operate via placing advertisements in UK publications like the Loot. These nasty scammers have ripped off many young ladies in the UK over the past few years, and it seems they have either decided to target Ireland too now, or we have our own escort agency scam entrepreneurs amongst us, but, either way, this is a scam I think. I could be wrong, but I think that is highly unlikely frankly. I have written to the Evening Herald to request they investigate this matter as I do strongly feel it must be a scam and they shouldn't be enabling it. Thank you to the lady who brought it to my attention. Update: I have just spoken to the Evening Herald by telephone as the email I sent them earlier today was rejected by their mail system for some reason. I would just like to add that they do seem very keen to investigate this matter also. They are currently seeking any further help anyone can offer them with regards to identifying the exact ads. I'm trying to get further details from the lady that reported this matter to me currently, but if anyone else knows the exact details of how these ads were or are being published in the Evening Herald, please get in touch with me or the Evening Herald. Update: I have all the info the Evening Herald required now. Thank you.

Stiffler / Stiffy... Pimp in Ireland

It has been reported to me that a pimp using the name Stiffler / Stiffy is harassing and threatening independent ladies. Stiffler / Stiffy alleges this is not true as far as I know and that he must be being confused with someone else if ladies think it is. However, it is a fact that Stiffler / Stiffy recently posted the full private address of one Dublin independent escort on some public Irish escort message boards, following a disagreement with her. No young lady working by herself wants her full home address published online for all to see, and this is exactly what Stiffler / Stiffy did to this young lady. It was a distressing experience for the lady involved of course. She has since been concerned about her safety and other issues because of this, so much so, she is considering going to the police currently. I am therefore warning all ladies that this Stiffler / Stiffy character is perhaps an Irish escort service operator to be avoided.

Escort Agencies Using Fake Photos

Escorts, especially escort agencies, using fake photos is a big problem in Ireland. Therfore it is always a good idea for escort clients to ask if any photos they have seen online are real when making an escort booking, making it clear that if they are not the booking will not go ahead. Hopefully this will work to discourage the use of fake photos and spare punters some disappointment.
